06. Only work to the lesson being instructed.

07. Encourage and co-operate with partners using the minimum amount of force necessary at all times.

08. Weapons must never be drawn unless instructed.

09. Horseplay or bullying in any form is subject to disciplinary action, which may result in dismissal of the offender.

10. Never knock another style.

11. Support and attend all group meetings and seminars.

     Health and Safety 

01. Ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness of practice suits at all times.

02. Protective wear should always be worn during training, including training slippers, groin cups, etc.

03. All injuries, cuts, grazes must be reported to your first aid officer for treatment and protection against infection.

04. Leave all equipment and premises clean and tidy at all times.

05. Have consideration for your fellow students’ safety at all times.
